Jess-Cooke has an unflinching honesty to match her powerful imaginery

Hello there and welcome to the official website of Carolyn Jess Cooke,
author of the guardian angels journal (little, Brown/Piatkus, 2011) and the awarded-winning poetry collection
Inroads (Seren, 2010). Here youll find loads of links to podcast, videos, and news of Carolyns most recent projects.
                            Make yourself at home!

Carolyn Jess-Cooke was born in 1978 in Belfast, Northern Ireland - right around the corner from C. S. Lewis' birthplace. After churning out a series of novels and poetry collections between the ages of 7 - 14, Carolyn went on to pursue some jobs that paid a bit more moolah than being an unpublished writer, including a travel photographer, retail assistant, filmmaker, pianist, and a piano teacher. These were all tedious, hard work, and lots of fun at the same time...!
